If you are unsatisfied with your ketubah for any reason, we will provide a full refund. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your ketubah. 

No Returns Required

We do not ask you to ship the ketubah back to us. Instead, to process your refund, we require proof that the ketubah has been destroyed.

Proof of Destruction

To qualify for a refund, please send us a short video showing the ketubah being cut with scissors or a utility knife. Once received, we will issue your refund in full.

Timing of Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once proof of destruction is received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
