Frequently Asked Questions
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Everything, including your Ketubah, should be perfect.
If you don't love your Ketubah, just reach out to us and let us know why, and we'll issue you a full refund. That's how confident we are that you'll love it.
Ordering your perfect Ketubah is simple, and only a few steps.
- Choose an art design for your Ketubah.
- Choose your Ketubah's text.
- Once an order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent with further instructions based on your chosen text.
- If you selected a personalized text option, a digital proof of the Ketubah with your information will be sent to you to confirm all details are accurate / to show your Rabbi if you wish.
- Once you give us your approval, your order will be shipped to you.
If you’re having trouble deciding on a Ketubah text, your Rabbi or officiant can be a great resource. They can help you choose a text that fits your ceremony and personal taste.
For all of our Ketubah texts, we offer you the ability to select either a personalized, unpersonalized, or custom text option.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance!
Personalized text: After selecting one of our texts and checking out, we will email you asking for your details. We will then fill in your names, date, and place of the wedding within the text itself.
Unpersonalized text: The Ketubah text will include spaces for you or someone else to fill in after you receive it.
Custom text: You provide us a custom text as chosen by you / your officiant that we will use for your Ketubah.
Please note that the signature lines are left blank in all options, and will be signed during the Ketubah ceremony the day of the wedding.
No problem. If you're only requesting some minor modifications, not a significant rewrite of the text (which would require a Custom Text selection), we're happy to make those changes at no additional charge.
Just let us know in the Order Notes section of the Ketubah questionnaire we email you after you check out.
If you, your future spouse, and/or parents have a known Hebrew name but are unsure how to spell it in Hebrew, just let us know in English letters what your Hebrew name is. Our team can help you confirm the Hebrew spelling.
If you, your future spouse, and/or parents don't have a known Hebrew name, we can help you to spell your English name in Hebrew.
Museum-grade art paper: Our prints are produced on premium quality heavyweight fine art paper, featuring a smooth, clean finish that's ideal for large, full-color graphics and illustrations. This museum-grade material offers exceptional consistency and a matte surface that enhances the visibility of highlights and tones in the original artwork. The result is a stunning reproduction that captures the nuances of each piece without glare, allowing viewers to fully appreciate the colors and textures of the art. This heavyweight, premium paper's professional characteristics meet museum standards. Museum-grade art paper prints should be framed after the Ketubah has been signed.
Stretched canvas: Our custom stretched canvas prints begin with a Giclée print (a premium fine art reproduction technique that uses archival-grade pigment inks to create museum-quality prints with exceptional color accuracy and longevity), which is then hand-stretched over a custom-made frame. Stretched canvas prints are ready to be hung on the wall without the need for an additional frame.
Yes! If you choose either Personalized Text or Custom Text options, we will send you a digital proof of your chosen Ketubah with your personal details for proofreading by you and your officiant.
If you ordered an Unpersonalized Ketubah and didn’t opt to change any wording, your text will match the text option you selected and these orders will be shipped without the need for a digital proof.
If you need to make a change after you've submitted the Ketubah questionnaire, please contact us here and we will hold your order until details have been finalized.
We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
For Personalized and Custom Ketubah text orders, after you've completed the Ketubah questionnaire and submitted all your necessary details, expect no more than 5 days for our Ketubah text team to reach out to you with a digital proof.
After you've approved your digital proof, or for Unpersonalized Ketubah Text options, expect your Ketubah to arrive in 2-4 weeks.
As a general rule, we'd recommend ordering your Ketubah at least 1 month prior to your wedding. That said, depending on your location, we can work with you to get your Ketubah faster (as little as one week). If your wedding is less than 2 weeks away, please contact us before ordering.
If you want to add extra Witness signature lines or make minor adjustments to certain words in the text, we can make these changes. After you place your order, email us with your Order Number in the subject line of the email, and make the request. We’ll let you know if there are any issues with the request, or if the changes are extensive enough to warrant additional charges.
If you're rescheduling your wedding, you must already have a lot on your plate! We don't want your Ketubah to be another thing you need to worry about.
Get in contact with us as soon as possible and we can help get your Ketubah amended to your new date.
